Captain Pier Hotel - Protaras

The place is nice, and provides everything I need, including air conditioning, free parking, and beach access. On my first stay, the staff helped me find a jewel I lost, which I appreciated. I recommend trying the poolside snack bar. I'm definitely coming back for a weekend.

There were an iron with ironing board, an electronic key card, and TV in my brand-new room. The view of beach or town was incredibly beautiful, really enjoyed it. Stayed for 2 days and didn't feel like leaving, I would book here again

The swimming pool was impeccably clean and the perfect oasis to unwind. Each morning brought a good breakfast spread with options for everyone, we felt energized throughout our adventures!

Loved the cozy pool area and excellent breakfast variety. Rooms were clean. A few hiccups with the dining options, but overall, a solid experience! Would recommend for a relaxing stay.

The pool area was lovely, but the room wasn't clean when we arrived.

The sea view was lovely, but this place is definitely not beachfront, misleading. The toilet in my room was stained, and I had to wait over 30 mins for my room because it wasn't ready. I almost left a good review, but somehow they couldn't manage any better service or cleanliness.

The cleanliness of the rooms and public areas fell short, with several mentions of unattended showers and uncleaned common spaces during peak times. I also found the breakfast options to be repetitive and not very satisfying for extended stays. There were definitely parking challenges, and it seems like service responsiveness could use some serious work. Noise levels in the dining area during meal times came across as a little disruptive, impacting the dining experience. There's potential, but more effort is definitely needed.

This hotel is super clean and the staff is so friendly. The pool area is cozy and relaxing, and the beach is just a short walk away. Loved the variety of breakfast options too, it was pretty excellent!

Had issues with our room being ready when we arrived and the pillows seemed old and uncomfortable. The hot water was really cold when we needed a shower.

The small pool for kids was perfect for our group, and we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. The hotel is close to various restaurants. I recommend checking out the beach nearby if you want to relax in the sun.
